Swain Sports Limited One Year Warranty. For a period of one year from date of purchase, Swain Sports, Ltd., will repair or replace, free of charge excluding shipping and handling, any Swain SportsMat containing defects in workmanship or material.

Return and Exchange Policy
Swain Sports, Ltd. believes in 100% satisfaction guaranteed. however, we are unable to accept any merchandise past 30 days from the date of delivery. DVD and CD ROM products can only be returned if the jewelcase seal is not broken. if you need to return any merchandise, contact your Swain Sports, Ltd. representative.

Wrap merchandise securely and return via UPS or insured parcel post (please call 1-800-662-4616 for return shipping address). All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. You will be credited by the original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges. Merchandise returned for exchange without a check or money order for shipping and handling will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges. A restocking charge of 15% plus freight will be borne by the customer on all returned merchandise. All returned goods must be accompanied by an "authorization" issued by Swain Sports, Ltd., before the item will be accepted by a Swain Sports, Ltd. warehouse.

Once a video and/or DVD has been received and it's seal is broken, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. No refunds are issued, only exchanges for the same title if your tape or DVD proves to be defective for any reason. Books may not be returned unless defective from the manufacturer.

Shipping:
Due to the variety of products present that may be shipped either by UPS or Freight; All shipping charges are calculated by weight.*

Note:
International orders are subject to additional shipping charges relevant to the location specified. Therefore, orders requiring delivery outside of the United States of America will promptly receive a secondary quote for approval upon order receipt and prior to any charges being processed and/or posted to the listed credit card; shipping included is rated for the 48 continental states only.

All books, dvds, and videos are shipped via UPS.
All other items shipped via common carrier. Call for quote.

Tax Exemption
State/City sales tax may be applicable in your state. If you are exempt from State/City tax, file your certificate or documented letters of tax exempt status with Swain Sports, Ltd. (138 West Campbell Ave, Campbell, CA 95008). Local, state, or city sales tax will apply at the time of purchase, if our office has not received a copy of the resale number or tax exemption certificate.
